The country club comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of paying and you get the whole payment back.

A refund ends the membership straight away and stops any future charges. If you only want to stop renewing and keep the time you paid for, cancel from your clubhouse instead.
